This item requires delivery via common carrier due to the size of the product, which means a truck freight company will be delivering this item. To provide a higher level of service the shipper will work with you directly to arrange for a time and date of delivery. You may not receive tracking of this order prior to delivery arrangements being made.
   
The common carrier drivers bring your purchase to your delivery address for curbside delivery.  Drivers are expected to notify you of a delivery time and day and your delivery service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get purchases into your home if necessary.
    
We expect our common carriers to be friendly, timely, and safe. Our primary goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
